Field Lead
Pete’s Greens is seeking a dependable and hardworking Field Lead to support our diversified organic vegetable operation. This hands-on role works closely with the Farm Manager to carry out daily field and harvest priorities, lead the crew, monitor crop readiness, manage cooler inventory, and participate in planting, weeding, harvesting, and crop care.
The ideal candidate is a clear communicator with experience in commercial vegetable farming, harvesting, or crew leadership who is comfortable working outdoors and adapting to changing priorities. This is a full-time, year-round position based in Craftsbury, Vermont, with winter work shifting toward storage crops, greenhouse production, washhouse work, and other seasonal projects.
Greenhouse Lead
Pete’s Greens is seeking a dependable and highly organized Greenhouse Lead to support our year-round organic vegetable operation. This hands-on role combines greenhouse crop care, planning, recordkeeping, and staff leadership, while also contributing to washhouse and other farm production work.
The ideal candidate is attentive to detail, comfortable managing a production area, and experienced in commercial vegetable farming, greenhouse production, or farm management. This is a full-time, year-round position based in Craftsbury, Vermont, with some schedule flexibility required for watering, weather, and crop needs.
Washhouse Lead
Pete’s Greens is seeking a dependable and organized Washhouse Lead to oversee our year-round vegetable washing, packing, and order fulfillment operation. This hands-on leadership role works alongside the crew while coordinating daily workflow, supervising and training staff, maintaining food-safety and quality standards, and ensuring CSA and wholesale orders are packed accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate is a clear communicator and practical problem-solver with experience leading a team in farming, food production, warehouse operations, kitchens, manufacturing, or another fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, year-round position based in Craftsbury, Vermont.
