Good Eats Meat Share
Fall/Winter: October 14th-February 10th, 2010
Spring: Feb 17th - Jun 9th, 2010
Our meat shares provide a selection of local meats and seafood delivered to the CSA sites once
a month on the first Wednesday of each month, for a total of 4 times during each 17 week share
period.
Each share delivery will include 4 to 6 different meats.
Meat selections may include, but are not limited to: Pete's Pastured Chicken; Trout from
Mountain Foot Farm; Organic Pasture & Mother's Milk Raised Veal from Applecheek Farm; Lamb
from Bonnieview Farm and/or Shuttleworth Farm; Organic Beef from Greenfield Highlands, Free
Range Pastured Beef from Shadagee Farm and/or North Hollow Farm; Fresh & Nitrate-Free
Cured Pork Items from Maple Wind Farm, Winding Brook Farm, North Hollow Farm and/or
Vermont Smoke & Cure.

The meat share is $199 for a total of four deliveries.

4-5 lb. Pete's Chicken 1 lb. Pastured Ground Beef 2x Mountain Foot Farm Trout 1 lb. Nitrate-Free Bacon
Please note that while the average value of each share will remain constant, the total poundage will vary based on the cuts included in each share. For example, a leg of lamb steak costs more per lb. than does a whole chicken.
