Welcome
Pete’s Greens is a certified
organic vegetable farm in
Craftsbury, VT, on the
southern edge of Vermont’s
Northeast Kingdom.
We grow specialty vegetables
of many types with an
emphasis on baby greens,
heirloom tomatoes, and root
crops. We sell to stores and
restaurants throughout
Vermont, as well as Boston
and New York City. Recently
we have focused on local
sales direct to customers. We
attend the Montpelier Farmer's
Market, operate a seasonal
farmstand and have a CSA
called Good Eats.
On our farm, soil fertility is top
priority. We cover crop
extensively and apply
prodigious quantities of
compost in order to grow top
quality vegetables. We use
greenhouses, root cellars and
other season extension
techniques to provide the
greatest diversity of
vegetables for as much of the
year as possible.
